Completed orders can be picked up at our location during business hours, or we can arrange delivery for an additional fee. Delivery times and costs will be discussed during order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for picking up completed orders within the agreed timeframe. Unclaimed orders may incur storage fees after 30 days, and items may be disposed of after 90 days if not claimed.
For delivery services, customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. Artisanartcreati is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information.
We take pride in the quality of our work and strive for perfection in every gift we wrap. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
